Are you a physical card shop?
No. The Poke Haus is a San Antonio–based eBay store, not a walk-in retail location. We buy and sell locally by appointment.
Can I sell bulk locally in San Antonio?
Yes. Choose the San Antonio local meetup option when submitting your bulk request. After review, we will arrange a safe, convenient public meetup.
Who pays for shipping?
If you are not meeting locally, the seller pays tracked shipping unless The Poke Haus agrees otherwise.
Is my estimate final?
No. Estimates are based on submitted quantities. Final payout depends on verified count, condition and authenticity.
When will I get paid?
Payment is sent within 48 hours after the bulk is received and reviewed, once you accept the final offer.
Why do you record package openings?
We may record package openings to protect both you and The Poke Haus if quantities, damage or contents are disputed.
What happens to damaged or counterfeit cards?
Damaged, counterfeit or altered cards may be rejected or repriced and will be documented.
How can I get paid?
Payouts are sent manually by Cash App, Venmo or ACH.
What bulk do you buy?
We currently buy V, VMAX, VSTAR and ex at $0.50 each; Full Art, Illustration Rare, Gold and Rainbow cards at $0.75 each; and reverse holos at $20 per 1,000.
