Seller-paid shipping
If shipping, the seller is responsible for tracked shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing. Use appropriate insurance and secure packaging. The Poke Haus does not provide a free label by default.
Receipt and inspection
Meetup handoff or carrier delivery does not mean inspection is complete. Contents are reviewed for quantity, condition and authenticity. Shipped package openings may be recorded.
Payout
After review and acceptance of the final offer, manual payout is sent by Cash App, Venmo or ACH within 48 hours. Processing times at your financial provider may vary.
